2. Platform Description

Vukacover is an insurance education, comparison, simulation, and loyalty rewards platform designed to empower Gen Z, young millennials, SMEs, insurance agents, and insurance companies across East and Southern Africa. The Platform enables users to:

• Learn about insurance products through interactive modules and quizzes.
• Compare insurance products across multiple providers.
• Run risk and coverage simulations.
• Earn and redeem loyalty points through learning milestones and referrals.
• Connect with licensed insurance agents.
• Access in-app wallet services for loyalty point management.

The Platform is a discovery and education tool. It does not provide direct insurance underwriting or enter into insurance contracts on your behalf. Any insurance purchase decisions must be made through a licensed insurer or agent.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register on the Platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your password with any third party.
• Notify us immediately at support@omnicover.africa of any unauthorised use of your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable Kenyan, East African, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, server, or database.
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications ("spam") through the Platform.
• Introduce any malicious code, viruses, or similar harmful material.
• Manipulate referral codes, loyalty points, or wallet balances through fraudulent means.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Scrape, copy, or republish Platform content without our prior written consent.

5. Loyalty Points & Wallet

The Vukacover loyalty programme rewards users with points for completing learning modules, achieving milestones, and referring new users. The following conditions apply:

• Loyalty points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Points may only be redeemed through approved partner reward programmes listed on the Platform.
• We reserve the right to modify point earning rates, expiry conditions, and redemption partners with 14 days' notice.
• Points obtained through fraudulent or manipulated activity will be voided and the relevant account suspended.
• Wallet balances are held on-platform and governed by our Wallet Terms, which form part of these Terms.
• We are not responsible for the quality or availability of goods or services offered by reward partners.

6. Insurance Content Disclaimer

All insurance-related content on the Platform, including product comparisons, simulations, educational modules, and AI-generated recommendations, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute insurance advice, an offer to provide insurance, or a recommendation to purchase any specific insurance product.

Insurance products listed on the Platform are hosted by licensed insurance companies. The terms, conditions, exclusions, and premiums of those products are governed solely by the policies issued by those insurers. Vukacover accepts no liability for any decisions made based on Platform content.

You should seek advice from a licensed insurance professional before purchasing any insurance product.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all its content — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, educational modules, software, and the "Vukacover" brand — are the exclusive property of ZEP-RE, AICE Africa, or their licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without our express prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vukacover, ZEP-RE, and AICE Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

Before commencing formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at legal@omnicover.africa to seek an amicable resolution.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via in-app notification and email. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
